In 2005 the BBC programme ‘Landward’ sent their filming team to Shetland, focusing on 3 local companies, which included Böd Ayre Products.  The Landward programme went out in January 2006, and showed how Böd Ayre harvested and processed the seaweed into organic and natural plant and animal feeds.

Following the programme, Böd Ayre received many phone calls from people who considered this to be a boost to Shetland and congratulated the Company for being great ambassadors.  It also opened up more markets for the products.
