These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods from Böd Ayre Products Limited (the Company) to you (the Customer). A purchase made through this website constitutes a legally binding contract for supply of goods between the Customer and Böd Ayre Products Limited (the Company). Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed already. You may cancel the order (see below). We may refuse to accept an order, for example if:
The price for goods Customers have ordered is the price stated on the Company’s website at the time of sale. Payment can be made via credit or debit card. All card payments are processed through Paypal. Customers do not have to be registered with Paypal before an on-line payment can be made. Prices, if eligible, will be subject to Value Added Tax at the current rate in the UK. VAT will be applied to all eligible orders except European Union (EU) VAT Registered businesses and any purchases made from countries outside the EU. Shipments made to countries outside the EU may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the Customer.
Delivery will normally be within 14 days from the date of order. Confirmation of the delivery date will be made when the order is acknowledged.
The Company does not offer substitute goods in the event of non-availability.
The Customer has the right to cancel the order within 7 days of placing the order. The Customer can cancel the order by e-mailing or telephoning the Company and if the goods have already been despatched, should return the goods via an appropriate method. Conditional on safe receipt of returned goods, the price paid for the goods will be refunded. Delivery charges and your costs in returning the goods to us may be refunded at the discretion of The Company. If the Customer wishes to return the goods, the Customer must advise the Company within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The Customer should return the goods via an appropriate method. If the Customer receives incorrect or damaged goods, the Customer should contact the Company to report the problem within 14 days of receipt. If the Company is satisfied with the reasons provided, the goods can be returned to the Company and a full refund, including postage, or replacement will be given to the Customer.
The Customer's details will remain private, and will not be disclosed by the Company to any other organisation. The Company will only use the information collected about the Customer in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998.
This Contract is governed by and interpreted in accordance with Scottish law.
